I spent a long time last year coming up with the perfect kitchen design. After years of living in rental properties, I finally purchased a house. That meant I had to undertake lots of different renovation jobs. I’d never once had a suitable kitchen in all my years leasing homes. So, I was 100% committed to creating something fantastic this time around. In this post, I’ll show you how I made a kitchen fit for a king!   While I wasn’t able to renovate kitchens in rental properties, some of you might have that luxury. Just make sure you check with the management firm. Those of you with a long-term lease might get approval. Also, some of you might get a grant to help pay for the work. Cedar HOA management work with homeowners to ensure their properties are in good condition. So long as your house is under a company of that nature, you should find it easy to get in touch and find out more.

Install a huge breakfast bar

Putting a large breakfast bar in your kitchen is one of the best home upgrades you can make. It will give you somewhere to sit when you eat your meals. Some people prefer to use a dining table, but they don’t offer the same level of benefits. For instance, you can buy a breakfast bar that comes with a lot of storage space. That means you won’t have to keep so many of your pots and pans on public display. Just purchase some suitably sized stools, and you’re good to go.

Purchase a double cooker

Even those of you living alone should purchase a double cooker. You never know when you might want to invite friends around to watch the game. Double cookers also look good. They can help to give people a better impression of your property. If you have one in your kitchen, it suggests you are good at cooking and preparing meals. That false perception could help you when it comes to impressing the ladies. My double cooker cost around $600, and I never regretted spending the money.

Lay some luxury tiles

The flooring solution you select for your kitchen is important. You need something that is going to look good, and stand the test of time. So, you should avoid carpets and laminate like the plague. Both of those solutions will deteriorate very quickly. That means you could end up spending a small fortune on replacements. Do yourself a favor and purchase some durable luxury tiles. The larger they are; the easier the job will become. Don’t stress if you have no experience in fitting tiles. It is a simple process, and there are lots of free guides available online.   The only other thing you might like to think about related to the size of your fridge. Now, I’m not saying you need to head out and purchase the most expensive product on the market. However, it makes sense for you to get the largest one your money can afford. With a such a big cooker, you’re going to need somewhere to store all that food! 2
