HAPIfork

Last, but not least, this funky contraption allows you to measure the rate at which you are eating. Most people eat too fast. It takes around 20 minutes before you will feel full after eating, so this can lead many to eat more calories than they actually need. Inbuilt sensors in the HAPIfork measure the rate at which you are eating and send vibration signals to warn you that you need to slow down. And this little device is persistent. If you ignore the vibrations, the fork will sound an alarm at which point you need to stop eating until the light on the fork goes green. As well as this, the device also measures how many times you lift the fork to your mouth per minute and how long it takes you to eat a meal. With this insight, you can regulate your calorie intake better which will give you more control over your fitness regime.         As you can tell, the year 2015 is going to be an excellent year for fitness gadgets. We hope you have enjoyed this article and that you have a lot of fun with your new gizmos.
