Everybody wants a fit body for summer. However, most people will start a crazy fitness regime a few weeks or a month before they have their holiday or big event. They then wonder why they haven't got absolutely amazing results! Let me be the first to tell you that to get a fit body for summer, you need to start in the winter. Don’t start panic exercising a few weeks before, because it won’t work. If you want a fit body, start right now. Here are some of the things you can do to kickstart your new lifestyle:

Drink More Water

Take a look at how much water you currently drink and see if you can improve upon it. Anywhere from 2-3 litres is good, and will help you to flush out toxins and lose fat faster. You can even introduce green tea into your diet as it’s thought to speed up the metabolism.

Limit the Junk

You don’t have to cut out junk food completely, because you’ll only crave it more once you know you can’t have it. But limit it at least. Let yourself have a couple of treats a week, but keep them under control. Don’t buy them and keep them in the house with the intention of eating them at a later date or saving them, because they’ll call out to you until you give in. Just don’t have them in the house. If you really struggle to control your appetite, there are a number of methods you can use according to the phen375 official website. You can find supplements, drink lots of water, and make sure you eat smaller meals more often.

Pay Attention to Your Carb Intake

You shouldn’t cut out carbs, but you should make sure you’re not eating too many of them. Eat plenty of vegetables, sweet potatoes, and rice, but in moderation. Having huge portions will bloat you and make you pile on the pounds. 1

Get Into a Consistent Exercise Regime

Your exercise regime should be as consistent as possible to see results. You can’t go for a week then have a week off because you hit it too hard. If you can only manage 3 sessions a week, then do so. Just make sure you stay consistent. The days you don’t feel like going are the days that can really make a difference!

Give it Your All

When working out, don’t just go through the motions and do it lethargically. Give it your all. Try really hard to beat personal bests. Only you will know if you work as hard as you could have done.

Monitor Your Progress

Monitor your progress by writing down times, weights, and personal bests. Take pictures of how your body is coming along. Try to avoid the scale, as this is an inaccurate representation of how you’re doing!

Enjoy the Process!

If you don’t enjoy the process, you won’t stick to it. You need to ensure you’re doing a form of exercise you like, and then you’ll stick to it.   Read to get that body? Get started now!
