Many guys turn to the gym in a bid to pack on muscle and shred fat. We've all seen Daniel Craig emerge from the water in that James Bond film - we want to look like him! A lot of men struggle to see results in the gym, and they're not sure why. I've got three reasons why most of you aren't seeing results:
Aren't Eating Properly
Diet is vitally important if you want to lose weight and pack on muscle. In particular, protein is very important for muscle growth. There are proteins in our body that help to rebuild muscles and make them stronger. When we work out, we're essentially breaking down the muscles to build them back up. If you're not getting enough protein in your diet, then you won't put on muscle. Luckily, you can easily supplement this by getting protein shakes.
Another thing that's important is calories. If you're eating too many calories, you're going to be putting on weight. No matter how hard you work in the gym, if you consume more calories than you burn, you won't lose weight. So, you'll just be putting on some extra layers of fat instead. Keep track of your calories and start a protein rich, low calorie, diet!
Not Enough Rest
When most people start working out, they tend to go a bit overboard. They think that working out every day is a must. This isn't necessarily the case, however. If you're training the same body parts every day, you won't see results. You aren't giving your muscles enough time to rest and recover. Instead, you should train different parts on different days.
Also, lots of people don't get enough sleep. When you sleep, this is when your body breaks down and rebuilds muscle using protein. But, if you aren't sleeping enough, you restrict the time your body can do this. As a result, you wake up sore as your muscles haven't recovered and grown bigger. If you find it hard to fall asleep, Buy Olio Lusso CBD Sweets which are known to ease anxiety and stress, and can help you sleep better. However, if you are a beginner, make use of CBD dosage calculator to understand how much you should consume. Anything out of proportion may not be healthy. Also, make sure your bedroom is comfortable and sleep-friendly; have a supporting mattress and a proper functioning cooling or heating system. Have a look at latex double mattresses to help you get a good night's sleep. A comfy mattress makes it far easier to nod off quickly.

Not Training Properly
One of the most common reasons people don't see results in the gym is because they aren't training properly. If you want results, you have to work for them. This means putting in the effort and intensity with every workout. If you're in the gym, and you aren't sweating - then you're training wrong! Say you're bench pressing for 12 reps. It should be extremely hard for you to push out that final rep. If it isn't, you need to increase the weight. You should train to failure, max out your bodies potential.
Another thing I notice is that people spend way too much time in the gym. A workout needs to be an hour max, don't stay there for two or three hours! You can't workout intensely for two hours, it's not possible. There's no way you can maintain the same level of intensity. Instead, aim for half hour to an hour workouts that are intense and push you physically.
